About this page
This is the itemised list of third-party service providers ("sub-processors") that Unitra, Inc. uses to deliver its services. It is referenced from the Privacy Policy, Section 6 ("Who we share it with").
Each sub-processor is bound by a written data-processing agreement that restricts their use of personal data to the purposes Unitra specifies and requires appropriate security and confidentiality measures. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with advertisers, data brokers, or any party not listed below, except where required by law or to protect Unitra's or others' rights, safety, or property.
For international data transfers from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to the United States, we rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK Extension / Swiss equivalent) where the recipient is certified, and otherwise on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, supplemented by encryption in transit and at rest.

Independent services (not sub-processors)
Some services you choose to use through Unitra process your data as independent controllers under their own privacy policies, rather than on our behalf, so they are not listed as sub-processors above:
- Sellers of record. Web checkouts may be sold to you through Link, a Stripe service, and purchases in the Steam version of the application are sold by Valve Corporation. The seller processes your payment details. What we exchange with each seller is described in the Privacy Policy, Section 3 ("Payment information").
- Sign-in providers. If you choose to sign in with Google or Steam (Valve Corporation), that provider confirms your identity to us. We receive only what we need to create and link your account (for Google, your email address and name; for Steam, your Steam ID and profile name). We do not send your Unitra data to the provider.
Vendors we do not use
For transparency, Unitra does not use any of the following categories of third-party services and has not transmitted personal data to them:
- Third-party web or product analytics (no Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog, Heap, etc.). The first-party site measurement described in the Privacy Policy, Section 5, runs on Unitra's own infrastructure and adds no vendor to this list.
- Third-party crash-reporting tools (no Sentry, Crashlytics, Bugsnag, etc.); crash reports are received and stored by Unitra directly, as described in the Privacy Policy, Section 3.
- Advertising networks, data brokers, or cross-context behavioral advertising partners.
- Session-replay or heatmap tools.
Changes to this list
We update this page whenever we add, remove, or replace a sub-processor, and change the date at the top when we do. If you would like to be told by email when this list changes, email info@unitra.ai with the subject "Sub-processor updates." You can raise an objection to a sub-processor at any time using the contact details below.
