Login Issues, Resolved

Some users were unable to sign in to Unitra for about 40 minutes on August 31 (UTC). The issue is resolved and sign-in works normally again.

Some users are currently unable to sign in to Unitra. We are aware of the problem and are actively investigating.

What we know

  • The problem affects signing in only. If you are already signed in, your session keeps working and translation is not affected.
  • Nothing on your side caused this, and nothing on your side can fix it.

What you should do

Nothing. You do not need to reinstall the app, reset your password, or keep retrying. We will update this post as soon as sign-in is restored.

We are sorry for the interruption. If something still does not work after we mark this resolved, let us know in Discord.

  • Resolved. Sign-in has been restored and the service is operating normally.
  • The issue affected sign-in from roughly 03:45 to 04:25 UTC on August 31, about 40 minutes. Already signed-in sessions kept working throughout. The post title and description now reflect the resolved state.
